I’ll send you a link to your free online consultation and, if we’re a good fit, we agree to the contract and a deposit is paid to guarantee your place in the queue. We’ll look at the project management system that helps you know what's happening and when, and then we’re ready to move on to the next step

Once you’re in the queue, this is your opportunity to tell me more about your business and your project. This second, short but more detailed consultation will give me the information I need to develop a tailor-made creative strategy for your project

Your answers to the consultation will help me develop your creative strategy, which is the blueprint for your project and, depending on the type of project you have chosen, includes a moodboard that ties together your visual direction. Once it's complete, you’ll have the chance to provide feedback and we’ll refine the creative strategy

Once you’ve approved the creative strategy I’ll move on to the design exploration and development. When this is done, I’ll present the initial design concept and, again, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback
